North Carolina News: Rocky Point Man, EDUARDO ROMERO MARTINEZ Sentenced for Distribution and Possession of Cocaine

RALEIGH, N.C. – The United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Robert J. Higdon, Jr., announced that EDUARDO ROMERO MARTINEZ, 39, of Rocky Point, NC, was sentenced by United States District Judge James C. Dever III, on drug charges. Judge Dever sentenced MARTINEZ to 60 months’ imprisonment followed by 3 years of supervised release, in addition to 24 months for revocation of supervised release.

On January 31, 2018, MARTINEZ was charged in a three-count indictment, and on August 28, 2018, he pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine.
