New Jersey News: Cherry Hill Man, Fr’Neil Hickson Sentenced To 40 Months In Prison For Conspiring To Deal In Firearms Without A License

CAMDEN, N.J. – A Cherry Hill, New Jersey, man was sentenced today to 40 months in prison his role in conspiring to sell at least 100 handguns without a federal firearms license, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

Fr’Neil Hickson, a/k/a “Philly,” 38, previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler to Count Two of an indictment charging him with conspiracy to deal in firearms without a federal firearms license. Judge Kugler imposed the sentence today in Camden federal court.
